Leadership of the subordinate staff:in the Department of Institutions, adult education according to the leadership culture in the EOM Planning and monitoring of the annual budget of the department Creation and optimization of business processes Networking of all the institutions of adult education in the Archdiocese of Munich Freising in consultation with the Belgian commissions for adult education Responsibility for the support of Catholic educational institutions and the KEB e.V. in staff management and insolvency by the Archdiocese Advising the Catholic Education Institutions in organizational, structural and content issues as well as in personnel issues Organisation of the bodies and working groups, as well as the tasks of the speakers: Representation of the KEB e.V. in the field of adult education in the interior and exterior, in particular in ecclesiastical and public bodies in accordance with delegation by the chairman of the KEB e.V. Responsibility for reviewing the evidence of use of all facilities in the KEB Munich and Freising e.V., which receives BayEbFöG funds, according to the requirements of KEB Bayern.

completed academic studies (MA/Dipl.-Univ.), e.g. theology, pedagogy, etc. Additional qualification in adult education and/or business management multiannual professional experience in Catholic (adult) educational work and in work with volunteers very good IT skills (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet) Knowledge of modern presentation and moderation Experience in conceptual work Identification with the aims and values of the Catholic Church.
