Your tasks: ~ Perform regular wound visors incl. instructions, assessment of wound profiles and ensuring an optimal material supply throughout ~ Close cooperation with outpatient care services and care facilities to talk about wound healing processes and possible therapy complications of common patients ~ Regular exchange with treating doctors to inform about the current wound status and to offer expertly informed therapy recommendations ~ Close cooperation with our interior service, in particular for support in recipe management ~ Construction and maintenance of interdisciplinary networks to ensure a holistic, coordinated wound care
