Shift manager / deputy plant manager at the Sankt Augustin site (m/f/d)

You control, monitor and optimize the operations of the composting and fermentation plant. You have co-responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of the biomass steam boiler as well as gas treatment. You lead the staff in the ongoing plant operation and are the contact person for professional questions and always have an open ear for the employees. You document the operating data and create the layer reports. You ensure safety and environmental and quality standards. You control the smooth operation by carrying out control procedures, disturbance analyses and the initiation of troubleshooting measures. You operate and coordinate the construction machines on site (e.g. wheel loaders, excavators). You support the plant management and are their representation of absence. You contribute to maintenance, maintenance and optimization measures and keep in mind both legal regulations, economics and operational processes.

Complete technical training, preferably as industrial master (e.g. metal, mechatronics) or state-tested technicians Multiannual professional experience in the operation of waste treatment plants is advantageous You have a good technical understanding: This would be desirable in particular for the field of composting and fermentation processes You bring experience in the operation or operation of steam boilers You are safe in the handling of construction machines and can also dispose them accordingly to the operating process. Willingness to shiftwork / call readiness services You have a good expressiveness in word and writing (German) and can demonstrate (technical) English skills that enable you to find solutions for problems of the system together with our contractual partners (for example, language level B2).
