Your tasks:

Your task area Active cooperation on projects of the company, in particular in the field of reporting, budgeting and forecasting, with the introduction of valuable insights from the fields of manufacturing and sales Supporting subsidiaries in increasing operational efficiency and optimising business processes Sic production of compliance with Group-wide financial standards in the local financial processes and use of modern ERP systems (e.g. SAP HANA, SAP B1) and Power BI for comprehensive data visualization and reporting Guiding initiatives to improve the processes in warehouse management, cost accounting and reporting, focusing on margin enhancement and automation *Monitoring progress and implementation of sustainable improvement measures

Your qualifications:

Your profile Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a Related Area Friendly experience in controlling, ideally in a producing company, with deep knowledge of cost accounting methods and performance measurement Safe handling of ERP systems and MS Excel. Programming skills for process automation are advantageous Expressed analytical competence and very good communication skills in German and English
