as Head of Bäckertheke (w/m/d) full time.

• You plan and organize the daily business and make sure everything goes round
• You lead and motivate your team – so that everyone is with fun and power
• Keep an eye on stocks, coordinate orders and present the counter appealingly – this is your thing
• You develop clever sales strategies to increase sales at the bakery counter
• You'll start your schedules and make sure that new colleagues and trainees are worked in the best way
• Hygiene and quality are your first priority - and you can make sure that every day

Your strengths for our team

• You have a training as a bakery sellerin, cook/cook, system gastronomein or restaurant specialist (w/m/d) – ideally you bring experience in a leading position with
• You are a real leader and motivate your team every day
• Customer orientation and good communication are of course for you
• Organization is yours, even if it gets hectic
• Organic products and sustainability inspire you – you can immediately notice
• Hygiene and quality standards you know best
• You are flexible, even in terms of working hours on weekends
