IT-Security & Resilience Engineer (m/f/d)

Management and further development of the Group-wide Technical Exposure & Vulnerability Management in an international and complex banking environment Assessment, prioritisation and control of technical risks and real pathways of attack taking into account the threat situation, critique, operational reality, feasibility and cost-effectiveness Managing sustainable risk reduction across different platforms, providers, foreign locations and subsidiaries Creating a common understanding of technical risks, priorities and necessary measures across infrastructure, platform, cloud and business interests Assessment of modern methods of attack, new routes of attack and AI-based methods of attack and derivation of pragmatic protection and curing measures Sparring partners for infrastructure, platform, cloud and security teams as well as management stakeholders in technical risks, target conflicts, prioritization and transformation issues The role combines deep technical security expertise with enterprise risk control, transformation capability and operational implementation strength in an international IT landscape from modern and grown technologies

Multiannual practical experience in the field of technical cyber security, technical exposure management, vulnerability management, infrastructure security or enterprise security in complex Business or banking environments Very good technical understanding of modern attack vectors, infrastructure, network, cloud and platform technologies as well as typical attacker tactics Ability to evaluate technical risks, real attack paths and vulnerabilities in complex and heterogeneous enterprise IT landscapes in a durable and realistic manner Detectable experience in the control of complex platform, provider or transformation contexts in the voltage field of legacy systems, modern technologies and international operating models Ability to streamline technical target conflicts and priorities professionally, to take management stakeholders and to promote sustainable solutions in the interest of the overall organisation
