The Niedersächsische Hof is a traditional private hotel in the heart of the UNESCO Old Town of Goslar – a house that has been synonymous with hospitality, character and attitude for more than ninety years. On the Green Thursday, 17th April 1930, opened by Hotelier Heinrich Pieper, it was early a place of good craftsmanship and modern hospitality. With telephone in each room, running water and a private event hall, the house set new standards at that time. Since the re-opening in 1998 – after extensive restoration – we have been working closely on it: with attention to detail, appreciation for our guests and real pleasure to be hosts. Today we combine the history of this house with a clear look forward. With Pieper's we create a place for modern, regional cuisine – clear, honest, cordial and with respect for products, crafts and people.
