Patient / Customer Service Clerk – Billing & Processes (m/f/d)

You are the first contact person for patients: in case of questions or concerns about the invoice, you will understand yourself as an extended arm of our medical customers You clarify invoice contents, contractual bases, tariffs, etc. and, if necessary, initiate further measures. You communicate with the patient via different channels; primarily by telephone You can work with your team colleague: secure a smooth process in patient service You participate in the optimization of processes and service quality and take part and/or project management tasks You are a contact person for administrative/organisational processes within your department and implements changes

The technical requirements You have successfully completed training in commercial or legal fields as well as several years of professional experience in service-oriented customer service or patient service, ideally in health care (e.g. as a patient service, specialist customer service, customer adviser health services, service adviser billing or comparable). You have preferably acquired additional qualifications in the field of business management or comparability and could also use this in your working day. You have already been able to earn several years of experience in the service sector outside your training – preferably in patient/customer or health care Processual optimizations also belonged to your task field Project experience is desirable Your personal skills You have a strong understanding of service Your communication is clear, friendly, empathic and solution-oriented an independent, conscientious and structured procedure is of course for you You have a high degree of customer orientation and sense of responsibility in challenging situations you can be persistent and assertive You will be happy to accompany innovations in the working day actively and with “recurring”
