= Job description

• **Installation, maintenance and repair:** You install, maintain and repair security systems in customer objects, including fire alarm systems (BMA), burglar alarm systems (EMA), video surveillance systems and elevator emergency call systems.
• **Error Search:** You carry out troubleshooting on electrical systems, diagnose problems and eliminate disturbances.
• **Programming and commissioning:** You program and take security systems into operation and then transfer them to the customer.
• **Recover customer information:** Careful collection and documentation of customer information and data.
• **Customer contact and reception:** As the first contact person you receive visitors, customers, guests and employees, and represent our company as the "first business card".
• Application area: You work regionally in the area with a workshop car, without assembly.

Qualifications

• Housing in Germany for at least 5 years**
• very good knowledge of German in word and writing (required Level C1)
• 220 – 230 V Permit of advantage (less electricians / electric installers automatically have it, others can retrain accordingly)
• Knowledge in laying cables by cable plan
• Conclusion for low-voltage electronics (conversion with measuring instruments, etc.)
• Knowledge in network technology (dosage occupancy / color codes)
• Identities in alarm technology (solving work, color coding) Not necessarily required, since the various types of systems are used.
• Creating protocols (transition with MS Office)
• Basic PC knowledge
• Understanding complex tasks
