Customer Service & Logistics Specialist für AIRBUS (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Ensure the processing of all customer orders and deliveries according to the deadlines and Quality requirements
• Transmission of demand forecasts, e.g. demand plans and forecast analyses
• Competent for order processing as well as for the execution of the demand order (e.g. replacement, defective and production parts, hardware and equipment) and order processing
• Proactive customer notification about the progress of orders
• Daily supervision and monitoring of the supply chain and close cooperation with Suppliers and all interfaces
• Analysis of late deliveries and management of recovery plans

Your qualifications:

• Ready for 3-layer (24/7) incl. Weekend and holiday work and readiness to call
• completed studies in Supply Chain / Logistics or Economics
• Experience in Disposition / Material Supply, Supplier Management and Supply Chain / Logistics
• ideally experience in aerospace
• SAP in-depth application knowledge
• Treatable German and English
