Planning and implementing events: You take the technical planning, coordination and implementation of various outdoor events, such as the Mainz wine market, the Mainz WeinUfer, Mainz, and the Mainz WinterZeit markets – from electricity distribution to the water infrastructure. Get out of the office, get up to the area: Together with the project department, you will attend the events and exhibitors on site. You give technical briefings, accompany up and down and maintain your know-how and organizational talent for a smooth run – even on weekends. Security and structure: You know the operator requirements, you know how to communicate with authorities, implement security requirements and organize workflows. You are a link between internal areas, external service providers, technology companies, authorities – and you have everything in mind. New event formats: You support the further development of new event formats. Numbers are not a foreign word: you participate in the budget planning and costing of technical works.

You have a completed technical training in the field of event technology – ideally complemented by a master qualification. With security concepts, power supply, technical processes and the creation of plans – e.g. with Vectorworks – you know and use your PC skills routined for technical preparation and documentation. Experiences and skill in handling technical equipment will help you. When it comes to operating obligations and occupational safety, you know what to do. As an organizational talent, you bring about solution-oriented thinking and stay in the hustle and bustle with your structured way. Own initiative, motivation and resilience are self-evident for you and you have no fear of taking responsibility. You don't have a problem getting yourself involved – Hands-on is not a foreign word for you.
