Company profile Our customer, a prestigious public service organization, is now looking for a dedicated personnel expert (m/w/d) site Backnang. In this varied position, you have the opportunity to introduce your expertise in the personnel sector and to contribute to the smooth running of the personnel processes.

Tasks

Implementation of administrative activities in human resources, such as contract management, production of work certificates and certificates

• Contact partners for employees and executives in personal matters -Working in creating job advertisements, applicant management and interviews
• Support in the maintenance and updating of the personal files and the time recording system
• Participation in the organisation of training, training and internal events

Requirements profile

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification -Ideally first professional experience in the field of staff, but also motivated professional beginners are welcome

• Basic knowledge of labour law and human resources management
• Safe handling of MS Office, especially Word and Excel
• Careful and structured operation and high reliability -Teamability and pronounced communication strength
