As a specialist dealer for dental products with coordinated services, we advise our customers not only in the selection of products from well-known manufacturers, but also ensure a well-founded know-how in all questions about dental requirements. Our focus is on the conscious and sustainable use of energy, raw materials and auxiliaries as well as specialist retail products. This applies to development as well as to the establishment and technical implementation in practice and laboratory. More than 500 employees are employed daily at 43 locations in five countries. For our location in Munich we are looking for you as Sales & Marketing Manager m/w/d actively shape the future of our own brands! Our own brands are a central part of the dental bauer group and contribute significantly to the success of the company. To further expand our market position, we are looking for you to strengthen our team.

Sales promotion: development and implementation of measures to strengthen our own brands in sales – online and offline Material development: creation and further development of sales-supporting documents for the field service and our webshop Interface function: Close cooperation with product management, sales, branches and campaign team Market observation: Analysis of market trends and competition activities to derive concrete recommendations for action Performance Monitoring: Analysis and tracking of sales figures for success control and continuous optimization

A completed degree with a focus on marketing, business management or a comparable discipline At least 3 years of professional experience in sales (internal and/or external services) or marketing – ideally in trade (e.g. e-commerce) and/or in the dental industry Creativity and a strong sense of numbers and economic relationships Enthusiasm for brand development – in particular in the field of proprietary brands Communication strength and joy in cross-departmental cooperation A high level of initiative, sense of responsibility and team orientation
