DAK Health The IT control and operation department of our technology center is the interface to our IT service providers. The management of the service providers via various topics is carried out here via an operating provider management. They develop the necessary concepts together with the relevant organisational units and IT and are actively involved in their implementation.

Specialist in Telematics Applications (m/w/d)

Your duties

• Control and coordination of IT activities in the context of card supply and the generation of electronic health card (eGK)
• Technical control of the nationwide online active company in the context of the telematics infrastructure and technical coordination of the contracted service providers
• Creation of technical reports and development and application of quality assurance mechanisms to monitor telematic procedures
• Announcement and evaluation of technical draft specifications of higher-level institutions and design and coordination of implementation
• Monitoring and control of technical processes in the existing systems (e.g. ISKV21c incl. resystems)
• Support and further development of the telematics-based DV method of DAK health and coordination of the technical design and implementation of program tests
• Development of future-oriented strategies and concepts for the use and further development of telematics in DAK health

Your profile

• Funded IT skills acquired through a corresponding study or multi-year practical work experience
• Practical experience in project work, ideally in technically shaped or interdisciplinary contexts
• Expertise and experience in telematics and applications
• Impressive ability to work independently and responsibly as well as high flexibility and durability
• Safe, binding appearance combined with solution-oriented action even in complex situations
• Strong customer and target orientation, team skills and communication strength
• Quick conception and readiness to adapt flexibly to new requirements
• High willingness to learn for the short-term acquisition of additional expertise and willingness to attend occasional business trips
