Updating the documentation and organizing the storage Transfer existing documentation of inventory systems to Atlassian Confluence or to an own development based on SeaTable Creating a new structure and reports for these tasks Design and implementation of a ticket and task management system either via Atlassian Jira or as own development with SeaTable

Continuous studies in the field of economic law, business informatics, economics or comparable A basic understanding of the structuring and management of digital documents and data Ideally, first experiences with Confluence (for documentation) and Jira (for task management) First knowledge of programming is of advantage in developing a solution with SeaTable Technical affinity and interest in new software tools and the ability to work quickly into unknown systems An interest in and a basic understanding of data protection issues (e.g. the list of processing activities) is advantageous, but no condition Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing A structured, organized, independent and proactive way of working and a high sense of responsibility
