Complete vocational training in the field of logistics or a comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience in a comparable position within logistics Ideally experience in contract logistics Secure handling of warehouse management systems (WMS) Good knowledge of German, English skills are advantageous Willingness to shift work High social competence, communication strength and sense of responsibility Structured, independent functioning as well as analytical thinking and a pronounced hands-on mentality
