Project Director (m/f/d)

In this central leadership role, you play a key role in shaping the success of large EPC data center projects by ensuring the highest standards in the areas of environment, health and safety (EHS), scheduling, quality, finance and construction. As a top-ranking escalation entity, you build close customer relationships, ensure a smooth coordination with all stakeholders and set up for our corporate standards. Your strong presence on site will guide the project strategy, manage risks proactively and contribute to the realization of innovative, powerful systems in a dynamic and fast-growing industry. Learn more about your new tasks Responsible for the overall performance of the project, including, but not limited to, EHS (environment, health and safety), financial, time and quality performance and construction for large EPC projects in the electronics and battery industry Highest escalation level within the project vis-à-vis the customer, the contractor and the project team before the management Building and maintaining a good communication and relationship with the customer Reporting on project status to management in accordance with company procedures presence in the project location and participation in the reporting session of customer management Monitoring and participation in identifying project risks and developing risk mitigation plans Ensure that the company processes, standards and guidelines are complied with within the project disciplines (project management, project engineer and design manager, commercial project manager, construction site manager/construction management) Definition of project strategies to achieve project objectives to the outside and inside

Degree in engineering or a related area preferred Long-standing and extensive experience in related industries and years of experience in EPC project management Detection of good oral and written communication skills in German and English Detailed knowledge of project processing and coordination Good communication and motivation skills Wide technical understanding of CSA (Civil Structural Architecture) and MEP systems PMI certification of advantage
