Innovation Manager Business Development (m/w/d)

Feddersen Holding GmbH in Hamburg is the central holding and service company of the Feddersen Group companies, among others, responsible for shared services such as financial and accounting, payroll accounting, treasury, controller services, communication & public relations, IT and human resources. To strengthen our team at the Hamburg-Hammerbrook site, we are looking for Projektmanager (m/w/d) full time.

Based on a comprehensive environmental analysis, you evaluate and prioritize market-based innovation fields, develop multi-year roadmaps and prepare sound decision-making templates for top management to enable strategic options. You conduct market analyses, develop innovative business concepts and use tools such as the Business Model Canvas to develop sustainable strategies. You moderate interdisciplinary workshops, validate ideas on their marketability and promote topics in exchange with the team of the Innovation Center and other experts: inside the group of companies to identify and drive the best ideas. You’re a opportunity backlog, documenting the strategic relevance of innovation projects and presenting convincing recommendations to the C-level and Strategy Committee to advance the company’s innovation agenda.

You have a degree in BWL, engineering, innovation management or a comparable qualification. In at least 3 years you have been able to gain relevant professional experience in strategy, corporate innovation, business development or business consulting. You have knowledge of business model development, portfolio methods, design thinking and/or lean start-up. You bring a high self-motivation, you like to work in the team and you are strong in communication. You are sure to visualize content and address-oriented presentation.
