We grow with our tasks and look for you as: Teamleiter (m/d) The System Technology Competence Center team forms the pro- and reactive second level support for the network connections and IP components of the users of the federal networks. In addition, the team takes over the operation of the information network transition from the German interconnection network to the communication network of the European administration institutions.

You make sure that the team tasks defined by the department management are implemented by your team. You define the requirements, regulations and work processes relevant to your team and ensure their implementation. You are responsible for your team's resource and personnel deployment planning. You guide the team independently and across locations and make sure that your team's workability and performance are always guaranteed. You are responsible for the staff development of your team, plan training and training and regularly conduct employee development talks. You are actively involved in the planning and implementation of projects dealing with the further development of ALDB tasks.
