To strengthen our team at our location in Kiel, we are looking for full time at the closest possible time Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Advising executives and departments in all individual and collective labour matters Analysis of labour law issues, assessment of legal risks and development of practical solutions and recommendations for action Trustful and solution-oriented cooperation with various works council bodies Development and negotiation of operating arrangements, general operating arrangements and regulatory agreements Pre- and post-processing and participation in meetings of works council and general works council bodies Conception and implementation of labour law training for managers, employees and works council bodies Work law support of projects, mainly within the HR department Observation and assessment of current case-law and legislative changes and derivation of relevant measures for the group of companies Creation and revision of templates and work documents Implementation of labour law requirements in daily staff work

Completed studies in legal matters, appropriate training in personnel with a focus on labour law or comparable qualifications Good knowledge of individual and collective labour law Experience in cooperation with works council bodies and in the design and negotiation of business agreements Ability to analyze complex situations and develop more understandable, pragmatic and implementable solutions Sovereign, binding appearance, pronounced communication strength and joy in dealing with a variety of different appeals Very good written expressiveness, as well as the ability to make complex legal content understandable Self-employed, careful, structured and independent A strong team orientation and joy in actively shaping and developing labour law issues Knowledge of current MS Office applications
