Construction supervisor (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the implementation of local construction monitoring as well as the coordination, control and control of the appropriate execution of the construction measures by the contractor. You accept services and deliveries and contribute to the production of a copy of the result of the acceptance. Furthermore, you monitor the contractors with regard to the quality of the construction design as well as in the detection and documentation of detected defects in the construction design. You will forward information to the contractors and to the specialist building management

You have a technical degree with regard to mining or a comparable qualification, for example a completed training in the field of construction, mining, mechanical engineering or a training at a state-approved university as a technician, or equivalent. You have professional experience in the field of construction management and construction monitoring of underground construction sites as well as experience in project and order processing. In addition, you have specialist knowledge of the sanitation and refurbishment of shafts, the raising of pit spaces and the contract processing according to VOB. Experience in the construction of shaft conveyors and the mining approval process would be desirable. You can safely apply the MS standard programs. You are convinced through an independent, targeted and conscientious way of working, with the ability to understand technical facts in word and writing with social competence and team and dialogue skills by a high degree of readiness and loadability.
