Freight Forwarding Clerk - Logistics / Dispatch (m/f/d)

You plan and dispose of the tours for our freight transport and thus ensure punctual and efficient delivery. You actively monitor the course of transport, assign the status of shipments and immediately intervene in case of deviations to guarantee our quality standards. As a central contact person, you will be in close contact with our drivers, camps and customer service to coordinate a smooth process. You carefully maintain all relevant master data in our transport management system (TMS) and process the associated freight documents. Depending on your strengths and interests, you have the opportunity to specialize in the delivery or holding position and to deepen your expertise.
