Implementation and supervision of personnel administration from onboarding and offboarding (work contracts, certificates) Maintenance and management of the digital personnel file and the time recording system Preparation of pay and salary billing in cooperation with our external partner Competent contact person for our employees and executives in personal questions Care and administration of our employee benefits (e.g. Hansefit, Job Ticket, Job Rad, Occupational Care) Further development of our (digital) processes

Completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualification in personnel, or a comparable qualification Joy in working with digital HR systems and safe handling of digital applications Experience with time recording, digital personal file or Rexx of advantage First experience in cooperation with HR digitization projects, especially in operational personnel work, is desirable 1–3 years of professional experience in personnel administration, ideally in a manufacturing company Communication strength, service orientation and an appraisal handling Reliable, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Structured, careful and independent approach, as well as team orientation
