The Südharz Klinikum Nordhausen gGmbH is a hospital of supra-regional care with around 800 beds and 26 specialist departments as well as modernly equipped functional areas and institutes. In order to carry out a patient-oriented and holistic care in the field of long-term care ''the bridge', we are looking for nurses (m/w/d) in full and/or Parttime employment with participation in shiftwork. The common psychiatric area “The Bridge” is located in the support of the Südharz Klinikum Nordhausen gGmbH and combines various offers of stationary and outpatient care.

These include the senior and nursing home “Am Pappelweg” as well as our outpatient care service on August-Bebel-Platz. Up to 85 inhabitants are cultivated, supervised and accompanied in the nursing home “Am Pappelweg”. In addition to the nursing tasks, this includes a varied day care and seasonal activities and festivals. The house has been extensively renovated in the last three years, all living rooms and baths as well as all living and service areas have been restored and redesigned.

As an outpatient care service with a dedicated team of currently ten employees (care professionals, caregivers, domestic workers) we support our clients reliably in their home environment. Individual care, promotion of self-employment and respectful handling are always at the heart of our action.
