You support our motivated team in designing, organizing and implementing cross-disciplinary projects with a focus on new external business models and internal projects with clear returns. In addition, you take the development of business plans including market entry strategies and accompany the projects/business models up to the possible spin-off. You create economic bills, analyses and concepts. Controlling and active management of already implemented business models are also within your task. You build presentations and decision-making templates and work interdisciplinary with various specialist departments. The coordination with service providers and their taxation is also part of your tasks.

You're in a Bachelor's or Master's degree course or you've just finished this, and from July 2025 for 4-6 months, you have the pleasure to support our New Business Team. Incubator/Entrepreneurship as well as a high level of adaption and change competence characterize you. You bring a hand-on mentality and self-dynamics with you, are resilient and like to work carefully and reliably. In addition, numerical affinity and pronounced analytical thinking are your strengths. You bring a sound understanding of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Flowing German knowledge and good English skills in word and writing complete your profile.
