You actively support and support our trainees in the profession of the electronics company (m/w/d) for energy and building technology as well as in the energy industry in our modern training workshop You prepare and conduct quality-secured training courses and develop the training framework plan in close cooperation with the technical training team continuously You provide practical content and prepare the trainees (m/w/d) optimally for their practical and theoretical examinations You strengthen the social and personal skills of our trainees (m/w/d) and give them our corporate values

You are an enthusiastic Electronicser-Geselle or Elektriker-Geselle (m/w/d) – it’s not important whether you already have an instructor certificate (AEVO) or are willing to complete it You are a professional in energy and building technology, are happy to work in the team and appreciates cooperation with people You are strong in communication, empathy and have pedagogical skills and enforcing skills to motivate and inspire our trainees (m/w/d) You have very good German knowledge in word and writing (at least B2-level) You own the class B license
