For use in an established customer company in the Gronau area, we are looking for a baker (m/w/d), who brings careful work, a good understanding of mixing conditions and a safe handling of prescribed formulations.

In particular, the position offers skilled workers from the baker's craft an interesting opportunity to use their knowledge outside the classic bakery. Instead of night work and changing workload, you can expect clearly regulated production processes, planable layers and structured workflows.

Your duties • Preparation of mixtures according to defined formulations and production specifications

• Precise weighing and providing the raw materials required

• Control of scales, stirrers, dissolvers and other production equipment

• Monitoring the mixing processes and monitoring the correct sequence of individual steps

• Ensuring the specified quality standards and careful documentation of the processes

• Internal transport of raw materials and materials with the handlift truck

This will bring you • (m/w/d), confectioner (m/w/d) or comparable practical experience in dealing with recipes and raw materials

• Secure understanding of quantities, mixing ratios and established production processes

• Careful, reliable and quality-conscious operation

• Willingness to work in early and late shifts
