SAP HCM Application Consultant / Inhouse Consultant (a*)

You enter and develop our SAP HCM system landscape with a focus on modules such as PA, OM, PT, PY and adjacent HR processes. You analyze requirements from the field and translate them into robust technical and process solutions. You take customizing, error analysis, tests and documentation in the SAP HCM environment. You accompany and tax projects on digitization and further development of our HR processes. You work closely with internal departments, IT colleagues and external partners. You support interfaces, evaluations, permissions and cross-system HR topics. You actively contribute to the further development of our SAP and HR IT strategy, for example in the context of SuccessFactors, Fiori, SAP BTP or future transformation projects.

A completed study in the field of (economic) informatics or a comparable discipline forms the basis of your profile. You have experience in consulting or consulting SAP HCM, ideally as an in-house consultant, key userin (a), developer (a) or external consultant (a*). You know one or more SAP HCM modules, such as personal administration, organization management, time management or payroll. Experience in the field of ABAP / OO as well as with interfaces, permissions, SuccessFactors or SAP Fiori/UI5 are a plus, but not a must. You have a good understanding of HR processes and pleasure in implementing technical requirements. You work structured, solution-oriented and can communicate with different target groups. You want to take responsibility and shape topics in an in-house environment in the long term. Very good German skills complete your profile.
