For the Cyber Defence Center organization unit, we are looking for the next possible appointment for the Hannover or Münster site

The Cyber Defence Center bundles expertise, processes and methods of operational IT security and coordinates measures to prevent, detect and protect IT security incidents on IT systems in the responsibility of the FI.

Total Responsibility for Operation of Vulnerability Management leadership, development and motivation of the team Implementation and optimization of processes for the detection, analysis and reaction to software security and compliance deviations (Vulnerability Management) Promoting collaborative team culture, focusing on trust, transparency and continuous learning Planning and alignment of the department according to the corporate, business and sector strategy and the agreed objectives Responsible implementation of tasks, resources and budget planning

Complete study of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in IT security, ideally in the context of vulnerability and technical compliance management Leadership experience and strong team and communication skills Curiosity and joy to explore new topics and to advance changes initiatively Strategic thinking combined with hands-on mentality Communication strength and openness to exchange positively Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
