My client is an internationally active renewable energy company focusing on the development, financing and implementation of wind and solar projects. The company accompanies projects along the entire value chain - from planning to operation.

Responsibility for the economic financing of wind and solar projects over the entire project cycle (from testing to commissioning) Creation of scenario and sensitivity analyses to optimize the financing structure Implementation of financial evaluations and analyses of projects focusing on wind projects in Germany performing commercial due diligence tests (including analysis of project documents, risk analyses, modelling and evaluation) Preparation and implementation of banking tender procedures Examination and negotiation of financing offers and credit contracts incl. Voting with banks Ensuring and monitoring of payment requirements and reporting obligations during the payment phase Development and implementation of alternative financing structures (e.g. mezzanine, equity) Current project controlling (investment, financing and liquidity planning) Creation and follow-up of appointment and payment plans Documentation of project stands, deadlines and negotiations Implementation of administrative tasks in the field of financing

Completed studies in BWL, VWL or comparable (focus on financing of advantage) Experience in project or corporate financing, ideally in the field of renewable energies or real estate development Knowledge of financial structures, financial modeling and investment accounting Safe handling of Excel and high number affinity Experience in project evaluation and scenario and risk analysis German language skills Analytical, structured and independent working methods Communication strength and safe occurrence
