Various heat and cold services as well as contracting and consulting are promising new business areas. Investment in renewable energies and the expansion of district heating are Karlsruhe contributions to the energy transition. You take over the independent management of projects in the area of 20-kV transformer stations – from initial planning and budgeting with SAP to successful commissioning. You drive the digitalization of our network infrastructure by developing innovative concepts for smart local network stations and implementing new standards. With the targeted coordination of station renewals, you make a direct contribution to the stability of our networks and actively shape the energy transition. You act as a central interface, control external service providers and work closely with internal specialist departments to ensure project objectives. You ensure compliance with the highest quality and safety standards and are responsible for the technical acceptance of the projects in accordance with the VDE regulatory framework.

You have completed master or technician training in the field of electrical engineering, a corresponding study or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you bring first knowledge in the planning, construction and operation of 20 kV transformer stations. In the VDE system and with the usual MS Office applications you know well – SAP knowledge is a plus. With your independent and self-responsible operation, you can control your projects in a targeted manner and always keep an overview. As a communication-strong personality, you like to work in the team and act confidently in dealing with external partners. Very good knowledge of German and a class B licence complete your profile.
