Conception, planning and further development of CA hierarchies, certificate profiles and cryptographic algorithms according to the relevant standards and regulatory requirements Responsibility for the Certificate Lifecycle Management including the planning and implementation of “Root/Issuing CA Key Ceremonies” Creation and maintenance of CP/CPS documentation and other policy-relevant artefacts Accompanying external audits, maintaining CCADB entries and coordination with international root programs Participation in relevant specialist bodies and communities as well as transfer of regulatory changes to internal roadmaps Professional control of PKI specialists and external service providers as well as responsibility for requirements management with internal and external stakeholders Support in the further development of certificate products, the development of KPIs/SLA reports and participation in the CA-Incident handling including implementation of root-cause analyses

Successfully completed university studies with a relevant technical focus or training with corresponding professional experience Insufficient professional practice in the PKI environment, in particular with publicly trusted CAs, as well as sound knowledge in the design and operation of CA hierarchies, certificate profiles and cryptographic procedures Very good knowledge of relevant standards and regulations such as RFC 5280, CA/B Forum Requirements, ETSI, eIDAS and root program requirements Practical know-how in the creation and maintenance of CP/CPS documentation Sovereign communication capability in contact with auditors, customers and specialist bodies as well as presentation and documentation competence German and English knowledge (at least B2 level) and analytical, structured working methods in the CA-Incident handling and practical experience in this area
