Your tasks include the clarification of individual and collective labour law issues and the design of a trusted cooperation with our works council. Apply now and become part of this exciting journey in a great HR team Your tasks: Advising the HR team and internal stakeholders in individual labour law and collective labour law as well as collective bargaining issues. In addition to questions relating to labour law, this includes questions of data protection and, if necessary, the preparation of resulting company policy decisions. Processing of labour law and labour policy ad hoc requests. Ensuring the implementation of all relevant legislation in our internal HR processes and directives. First contact for the works council and responsibility for the preparation, implementation and follow-up of negotiations with the same. Coordination of cooperation with the works council incl. ensuring the trusted cooperation between management and works council. Work law consulting and training for executives Labour law and labour policy support for strategic corporate initiatives. Control and coordination of parallel projects focusing on working law and/or industrial relations.

Technically: Completed degree of law / Full Lawrist:in (1st and 2nd State Exams) / Economic Law with a focus on labour law or a comparable qualification Experience: Multiannual relevant professional experience and sound knowledge in individual and collective labour law, ideally in a corporate context or in a law firm with a focus on labour law. Alternatively, at least 5 years of professional experience in human resources with well-founded knowledge in labour law. Ideally experience in industrial relations or as an in-house journalist/expert for industrial relations. Proven comprehensive knowledge of individual and collective labour law and familiarity with cooperation with co-determination bodies. Knowledge of working/strategic advice and support for all HR and labour policy issues. Experience in presentations, trainings and lectures. Experience in handling the Microsoft Office package. Personal skills: Strong communication and social competencies, self-confident appearance and the ability to easily and understand complex legal matters. Strong argumentation and enforcement capabilities. High degree of initiative and resilience. Ability to work flexibly in a complex and fast-paced environment as well as effective prioritization in multiple requirements. Excellent negotiating skills and the ability to build long-term trust and work effectively with employees, managers and business council members. Analytical and conceptual skills as well as an independent and structured way of working. Language skills: Excellent German knowledge (C1) and English knowledge (min. B2) Why us?
