Complete studies in mechanical engineering, in shipbuilding technology or in a comparable subject as well as several years of professional experience in submarine construction, in particular in repair, and a sound system understanding of submarines Detectional experience in project work with responsibilities for appointment and leadership including experience abroad as well as strong enforcement capability, self-employment and responsibility High team and communication skills, social competence and the ability to react flexibly to changing circumstances Good analytical and conceptual thinking, reliable English knowledge in word and writing as well as solid IT skills (MS Office) Outstanding leadership experience as well as the ability to direct and motivate technical teams
