The EPDC (European Parts Distribution Center) by Schindler Germany is a state-of-the-art logistics centre that ensures the availability and rapid delivery of spare parts for our lifts and escalators. Our goal is to provide our customers and service technicians (m/w/d) with the required spare parts & materials at any time and thus to minimize downtime.

Order processing with application requirements in SAP Active verification and maintenance of order confirmations Coordination and communication with suppliers (first-level support), tracking delivery dates and timely communication of relevant information to affected departments Cooperation with internal specialist departments and external logistics service providers as well as our warehouse service provider Collection of offers as well as wastewater treatment & claim processing for incoming goods Auditing and clarification of price deviations Continuous updating and maintenance of supplier and purchasing master files

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel SAP knowledge (Material Management and Purchasing) desirable Very good German and good English & French knowledge in word and writing Customer orientation, team orientation, cooperation capability and communication strength Careful and responsible operation, coupled with high load capacity and a high level of readiness, flexibility and self-initiative
