You are a full lawyer (m/w/d) and would like to contribute your expertise to a medium-sized company in parttime You have at least three years of professional experience You have profound knowledge of contract design and negotiation You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and keep track of complex issues You convince by communication strength, binding appearance and pragmatic advice You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing The safe handling of MS Office is your everyday work
