Product Owner - Digital Services for the Daimler Buses Customer Portal (m/f/d)

You develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that matches the company's goals, and define the product roadmap to prioritize features and user stories. You collect, analyze and document requirements from internal sources and submit the product backlog to ensure a clear and understandable definition of user stories. You work closely with the development team to ensure a successful implementation of product requirements, and organize and moderate all relevant agile meetings (e.g. sprint plans, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives). You take responsibility for the entire development process from specification to market launch and beyond, and use your technical knowledge of vehicle systems to describe an effective solution and control the implementations. You communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to allow their needs and feedback to flow into product development, and present the progress and results of product development in regular meetings and reports. You ensure product quality through close cooperation with the support team and the introduction of continuous improvement processes to continuously increase customer satisfaction.

Degree in Business Informatics, Economic Engineering, Digital Business Management, Computer Science or in a comparable course High technology affinity and strong interest in digital trends and innovations Clear communication and a structured, independent way of working Safe handling of current MS‐Office applications Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
