Application Expert Billing (m/f/d)

To support our Center of Competence Business Application and BI Management (GAB), we are looking for you as an application expert (m/w/d) accounting at the Munich site.

You take care of the care and management of master data as well as the coordination and operational implementation of the accounting processes. You are responsible for the business IT services you provide and ensure their smooth operation. You analyze technical and technical requirements, develop solutions and integrate them into the existing IT landscape. You accompany the introduction of the software components developed by our service providers from conception to testing phase to technical acceptance and commissioning. You carry out operational, integration and functional tests and accompany releases. You run containerized applications on a provided Kubernetes platform, execute deployments and support bug analysis using Logging tools (e.g. OpenSearch). You support and advise the departments as technical contact persons and process incidents, service requests and disruptions in the course of ticket management.

Successfully completed studies of computer science, business informatics or a comparable discipline as well as several years of relevant professional experience. Practical experience with Oracle databases and SQL. Experience in the operation of containerized applications on Kubernetes platforms and in handling container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of the analysis of log data, ideally with OpenSearch. Experience in handling YAML-based configuration files. Structured, careful and precise functioning as well as strong sense of responsibility. Analytical thinkability and high team capacity.
