• Cost center and personnel responsibility as well as employee management, employee development and motivation

• Operating control of additive manufacturing, especially in component preparation and programming

• Responsibility and further development of additive manufacturing technologies and downstream finishing processes as well as laser precision technology, through e.g. research projects, universities, supplier cooperations

• Technological development and evaluation of alternative manufacturing technologies

• Evaluation, further development and optimization of existing processes and processes in terms of efficiency, flexibility and scalability

• Development of new, sustainable processes and their implementation

• Resource and personnel deployment planning

• Direct contact for internal and external customers

• Progress control and advancement of KVP projects based on the R&S production system

• Support for training activities in the role of training officers

• Full implementation of the company's objectives as well as establishment and monitoring of key figures and ensuring the achievement of key figures

• Application of Lean Methods according to R&S Production System and Development and Implementation of Digitization Solutions

• Complete degree in mechanical engineering or comparable

• Insufficient professional experience in the field of additive manufacturing in a disciplinary management function

• Funded knowledge in project and lean management

• Qualification/experience in the field of occupational safety/labour protection

• Routinized handling of SAP and project management tools as well as MS Office

• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

• Impressed leadership skills with enforcement capability and communication skills

• Analytical thinking and outcome-oriented action

• Structured, independent work
