Number: MER0003XDB As a global training service provider, Mercedes-Benz Global Training secures and increases the competence of the global Mercedes-Benz sales organization. In a unique network of 90 decentralized training centers in 70 countries, 800 trainers worldwide work to qualify over 185,000 participants annually. In Stuttgart-Vaihingen alone, up to 450 employees are trained daily in the areas of sales, management and customer service. In the Team Customer Contact Markt Deutschland you will find varied and interesting activities that provide you with a deep insight into the operational planning, organisation and the process as well as further developments of training series, training and training events. These challenges include: Participation in the planning, organization and implementation of training

Participation in the implementation of training concepts and projects

Participation in roll-out of advanced job profiles

Creation of Management Presentations & Reportings

The activity can begin from April 2026.

Psychology, Education, Business Administration, Economic Engineering or a comparable degree course

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Secure handling of MS Office, mainly Excel and PowerPoint

Commitment and team skills

Analytical way of thinking and strategic, proactive way of working

Impressed communication strength and creativity
