As Head of Department Digital Supply/Prevention, you conduct and coordinate around 50 employees in the sense of the BARMER-One strategy. You are responsible for the management and development of several teams from experts from different disciplines and backgrounds. You analyse patient journeys from precautions to intervention to aftercare and innovate BARMER's digital/tele-medical care products. Keep in mind the needs of our insurers and follow the Digital First approach. In your role, you create supply-relevant and competitive product, service and process-based added value for BARMER and its insurers. You are responsible for structuring and implementing the prevention strategy of BARMER and represent them inward and outward.
