Our Intensive Group in Lünen Brambauer In our intensive-living group, we offer children from 6 to 12 years of age who cannot live in their family environment due to the most varied strains, a protected space for development, stabilization and perspective finding. We are committed to a dedicated team of pedagogical professionals who work around the clock with heart, structure and creativity to promote the individual needs of young people and to develop perspectives together.

You accompany and support the children/young people between 6 and 12 years in everyday life and create an environment where You feel safe and accepted. Together with the team you create a structured daily routine that gives children safety and orientation. With creative ideas and commitment, you can take part in group and leisure activities and create unforgettable experiences. You work closely with parents, schools, youth offices and therapists: inside to ensure the best possible support for children. Documentation and participation in help schedule discussions and crisis interventions are also your responsibility.

A completed training (e.g. teacher:in, nurse:in), a study in the educational field (e.g. social education, social work) or a comparable qualification. Your special empathy in dealing with children and young people. Pleasure to act in a living and sometimes challenging everyday life in a flexible and solution-oriented manner, but also strong to assert. Empathy, appreciation and the ability to shape relationships. Feeling for teamwork and moving something together with your colleagues. Ideally, experience in the design of group everyday life and knowledge in the help plan procedure and reporting. Ready to take over all services in our shift system, including weekend services.
