The Berufsförderungswerk Nuremberg is a national competence centre for vocational rehabilitation in northern Bavaria and offers its participants (m/w/d) a concrete opportunity for a new life and career perspective.

We form (qualify), train, promote, advise and integrate adult people. In order to be able to ensure a rehabilitation close to the home, the Nuremberg Professional Funding Plant also operates a variety of outdoor sites in North Bavaria and Schwäbisch Hall in addition to the main location in Nuremberg.

For our office in Bayreuth we are looking for a social education (m/w/d) Reference-Nr.: BT-1113

• Individual career planning and individual discussions with participants

• Competence analysis, advice and crisis intervention

• Organisation and implementation of teaching units, group and project work

• Acquisition of internships, retraining and jobs

• Documentation and reporting

• Contact to companies and service providers

• Network work

Desired qualification:

• Complete study of the subject of social work, pedagogy or comparable

• Professional experience in the vocational training of people with disabilities desirable

• experience in job acquisitions and good knowledge of the regional labour market

• Suitability for communicative tasks
