Senior Business Consultant - Insurance / CRM (m/f/d)

Analyze and optimize your business processes in sales, marketing and service and develop them in a targeted manner. You will develop target images for CRM, customer experience, customer support, insurance distribution or campaign management. You evaluate CRM platforms such as Salesforce, BSI, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot or SAP CX from a professional perspective. You are structuring requirements and structuring them in user stories, process descriptions and professional backlog management. Workshops moderate workshops, interviews and consultations with departments, IT and other stakeholders. You support specialist areas as well as business and product owners in the daily business. You conduct workshops, trainings and presentations directly with the customer. Presales support you in presales activities and offers.

Education & Experience: Studies in Business Informatics, BWL, Computer Science or Similar, plus Multiannual Experience in CRM, Customer Experience, Business Consulting or Requirement Management. Industry & Process Knowledge: Detectional Experience with Business Processes in Sales, Marketing and/or Customer Service of the Insurance Industry. Requirement management: experience in recording, structuring and documentation of technical requirements as well as in CRM projects with platforms such as Salesforce, BSI, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot or SAP CX. Design strength: You translate technical requirements into clear concepts, user stories and implementable specifications for technical teams. Moderation & Occurrence: Experience in the moderation of workshops and interviews, as well as a safe occurrence towards specialist areas, IT and management. Procedure: Analytical, structured and solution-oriented. Languages & Mobility: Very good German, good English, willingness to travel for customer appointments.
