IT Network Specialist - Sophos Firewall / Network Administration / Troubleshooting (m/f/d)

Administration and Administration of Sophos Firewalls You configure, operate and monitor security solutions for our networks. Support for network components You use new hardware, manage switches and access points and ensure a stable and high performance network infrastructure. Monitoring and Troubleshooting You monitor network systems, analyse disturbances, and initiate self-responsive measures to eliminate errors. Documentation and continuous optimization You create technical documentation and work on the continuous improvement of our network environment. Support for projects in the network environment You participate in the planning and implementation of innovative network solutions.

You have experience in the administration and operation of firewalls (ideally sophos) as well as in the handling of network components such as HP Aruba. You have profound knowledge of network technologies such as VLAN, Routing, VPN and WLAN. Analytical thinking and solution-oriented action characterize you. You have strong communication skills, team spirit and a high customer orientation. In the optimal case, you can gain experience with an IT service provider & brings service and customer orientation with You have knowledge of German at least C1 level & at best English at B2 level A passenger car license allows flexible use at local customers.
