Assistant Front of House Manager (m/f/d)

In this position you report directly to the Operations Manager and represent it in all matters during its absence.

Excerpt and responsibility: Ensure smooth running in reception, guest relation and security Introduction and training of standards and control on their compliance Effective handling of guest complaints Introducing new employees Instruction and management of the employees Staff deployment planning Communication of relevant information to the relevant departments in the house Active assistance at the reception Check-in and check-out of guests Tourist advice of guests Acceptance and processing of guest requests and reservations

Your profile: You are open and self-confident, give your best to unwind a ''Wow'', and you can also walk unconventional ways. You're a team player with Hands-on mentality. You work structured and time-efficient. You have completed a training as a hotel specialist and/or have already gained professional experience in a similar position in the hotel industry. You have good knowledge of German and English. Work permit + residence in Hamburg
