You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a 20-member team in the field of mechanics As a coach and mentor, you promote the further development of your employees and create a motivating, cooperative working environment They are responsible for the planning, control and implementation of development projects - from idea to series maturity They actively promote the continuous improvement of existing products and the introduction of new solutions You actively shape the further development of your department, e.g. by introducing new software solutions, optimizing internal processes and evaluating and integrating new technologies As an innovation driver, you identify future-oriented trends and boost technical and organizational innovations They ensure compliance with deadline, cost and quality objectives They work closely with adjacent areas such as mechatronics, sales and project management They report directly to the Head of Development and support strategic topics such as patent management You are responsible for the budget of your department and ensure efficient resource planning

They have a degree or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable discipline They have profound experience in the development of mechanical components - ideally in plastics and/or metal processing You have already taken on disciplinary leadership responsibility and understand yourself as a coach and motivation for your team They bring well-founded knowledge in project management and are happy to work interdisciplinary They work structured, solution-oriented and keep an overview even in complex situations They communicate clearly, appreciation and at eye level - both in the team and across areas You want to move something and bring the necessary vision You are talking in German
