Working environment The integrated plant asterkontec offers approx. 250 people with and without impairment a variety of individual work and employment opportunities. We are looking for a dedicated specialist who supports us in the support of 26 people with high assistance requirements and in the processing of the production orders in our Working Group Assembly Packaging 3.

Professional and educational guidance of employees Active design of individual development planning for people with assistance needs Application of the Reha Instrument PEP Organisation of the workplace Intensive cooperation and communication in the team Ensuring the required quality and performance of quality controls (DIN EN ISO 9001 and 9100) Implementation of necessary care activities Supported communication in the working group

Completed training for the qualified specialist for work and professional promotion, curative nurse in, educator in or comparable qualification Experience in dealing with people with disabilities Team and communication skills A positive basic attitude and joy in dealing with people Patience, resilience and flexibility Self-working and sense of responsibility
