Projektmanager (m/w/d) in der Immobilienwirtschaft - Stuttgart Full time | Unlimited | Location: Stuttgart We are looking for a dedicated and responsible technical inventory manager (m/w/d), who actively supports our team and acts as a key player in the maintenance and development of our real estate assets. Planning of technical measures: In cooperation with the central technical team, sustainable concepts for the rehabilitation and modernization of our stocks are planned. Project management and implementation: You control and control the implementation of repair and modernization measures and the processing of insurance damage. You are responsible for the entire project course from the tendering, the procurement and the construction management. Coordination of external partners: You work closely with architects, engineers and other external service providers and ensure that all construction and planning services are executed properly. Budget monitoring and quality management: Compliance with technical budgets as well as the control and guarantee of quality during project implementation is your responsibility. Ensuring operator obligations: You will take care of the implementation of traffic security and operator obligations to ensure the security and the proper condition of our properties.

Professional qualifications: You have a completed training as a construction technician or a master exam in relevant trades such as e.g. in the sanitary or electrical craftsmanship successfully completed. Professional experience and expertise: You bring experience in real estate inventory management and know the processes in technical facility management. Your well-founded knowledge allows you to work independently and solution-oriented. Teamwork and initiative: You are happy to work in the team, show your own initiative and drive projects with high operational readiness. With your friendly and binding personality, you contribute to a positive cooperation in the team. Communication and customer orientation: With your communicative strength, you are confident and customer-friendly to customers and construction partners, ensuring smooth communication throughout the entire project implementation. Technical affinity and IT competence: The handling of common office applications is obvious to you, and you have a pronounced technical affinity that benefits you from managing the projects. Practical requirements: For a good knowledge of the property and the regular presence on site, you bring class B's driving licence to be flexible between the real estate stock with our pool vehicles.
