Systeex Brandschutzsysteme GmbH is a medium-sized company headquartered in Hanau. With the Systeex brand, we are among the top 5 of our fire protection industry. We are represented in Germany with more than 20 locations, including our own pipe production in Elmenhorst. Our group includes five subsidiaries with a total of around 700 employees.

Systeex manufactures and installs sprinkler, spray water quenching, high-pressure water mist, special extinguishing and fire alarm systems. Our extensive range includes individual fire protection concepts as well as the maintenance and repair of all plants.

Strategic line of the production area of pipe pre-production Ensuring the entire production process while maintaining quality, time and cost targets Budget planning and cost responsibility for the Elmenhorst site Superior coordination and order processing for internal and external customers Professional and disciplinary leadership and development of employees Analysis, optimization and further development of manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity Constructive cooperation with work preparation, construction, purchasing and quality assurance Creation and handling of key figures and regular reporting to management Implementation and active support of lean management methods and process optimization Co-operation with the creation and project execution

Complete technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production engineering) or a technical training with further training as master / technician / technical farmer / specialist Multiannual professional and leadership experience in production, ideally in piping, mechanical engineering or metal processing Knowledge of welding and sheet metal construction technology as well as in production planning, control and lean management Experience with ERP systems and business understanding Team-oriented and independent working Embossed leadership and communication skills Analytical and solution-oriented planning capability, strategic thinking and high self-initiative Embossed empathy - Teamplayer with enforcement capability readiness to continuously improve and further develop processes and employees
